Combining the integrated renovation of old railway stations, tracks and surrounding neighborhoods to promote station city integration and work-residence balance, combine the construction of industrial communities and business communities, the renovation and upgrading of commercial facilities, and the upgrading of consumer infrastructure to improve community convenience commerce, and simultaneously promote the renewal of municipal pipelines in old neighborhoods in combination with the renovation of underground integrated pipe galleries and the renovation of old urban underground pipe networks.
