Lingyue Service Group (02165) intends to acquire land in Sichuan through public tender

Zhitong Finance App News, Lingyue Service Group (02165) announced that on November 6, 2026, the company will submit a tender for the proposed acquisition of land use rights for this land sold by the Guangyuan Natural Resources Bureau through public tender (i.e. “proposed land acquisition”).

According to the provisions contained in the public tender notice, the winning bidder must sign a transaction confirmation and land use rights concession contract with the Guangyuan Natural Resources Bureau for the proposed land acquisition within the relevant period stipulated in the public tender notice.

The land is located in an excellent location in the East District of Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province, China. It has convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities. It is currently a scarce plot of land in Guangyuan City. If the company successfully wins the bid in the relevant public tender, it plans to develop the land for commercial and residential use and sell the property on the market.

The company currently operates a property management service business in Guangyuan, and has accumulated a stable customer base in the city to provide a certain customer resource guarantee for property development.
