Sanwa Construction Group (03822) Fa Ying Guang expects medium-term net profit to decrease by about 50% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Sanhe Construction Group (03822) announced that the Group's net profit for the six-month period ending September 30, 2026 (this period) will be reduced by about 50% compared to the net profit of HK$47 million achieved during the same period in 2025.

The anticipated decrease in net profit for the period is mainly due to: (i) the Group's contract revenue decreased by approximately 40% as several major engineering contracts were completed at the end of the previous financial year; and (ii) the acquisition of machinery and equipment during the period was approximately HK$18 million written off.
