Among them, within the Chengdu High-tech Zone, those purchasing newly built homes participating in the active real estate development project will be subsidized 30,000 yuan per set. The total number of vouchers is 2,000, on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. The scope of application of this measure is the Southern District and West District of Gaoxin in Chengdu. It will take effect from the date the document is issued and will be valid until June 30, 2027 during the implementation period of Japan's measures.
