Shareholders of Riscom Group (01679) with a total market value of HK$63.2561 million deposited 60.243,900 shares into Yingtou Securities

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on November 5, Riscom Group (01679) changed positions, with a total market value of 63.2561 million HK$63.2561 million, accounting for 21.09%. The company's shareholders deposited 60.243,900 shares into Yingtou Securities, increasing their shareholding ratio by 21.1%.

Riscom Group announced that all prerequisites for the loan capitalization agreement have been met, and the completion of loan capitalization has been implemented on September 30, 2026. After the capitalization of the loan was completed, the company distributed and issued a total of 69.817 million capitalized shares to the subscribers at HK$0.46 per capitalized share; and issued such bonds with a total principal amount of HK$128 million to the subscribers. Based on the initial exchange price of HK$0.46 per share, these bonds can be converted into up to 279 million shares. Such shares can be allocated and issued after the exchange by the subscribers' special authorization granted by the independent shareholders at the special shareholders' meeting held on September 17, 2026.
