China Art Finance (01572): Chen Junjie appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee

Mr. Leung Shu-sun is also no longer the Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee, a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee, a member of the Company's Nomination Committee, and a member of the Company's Risk Management Committee, all effective November 2, 2026.

Following the resignation of Mr. Leung Shu-sun, the Board of Directors announced that Mr. Chen Junjie has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and that Mr. Tang Kwok-hung has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee member, all effective November 5, 2026.
