Zhitong Finance App News, Zaiding Pharmaceutical (09688) announced that the total revenue for the third quarter of 2026 was US$108.2 million, compared to US$116.1 million for the same period in 2025. Net product revenue for the third quarter of 2026 was US$107.6 million, compared to US$115.4 million for the same period in 2025. Net product revenue increased 2% month-on-month, mainly due to NZ (benefiting from increased market coverage and penetration rate) and permethrin trimonium chloride (launched in June 2026), partly offset by a decline in revenue due to changes in the competitive landscape of the glioblastoma market for tumor electric field treatment.

Dr. Du Ying, founder, chairman and CEO of Zaiding Pharmaceuticals, said, “As we continue to push forward to bring the first batch of internally developed innovative drugs to patients around the world, Zaiding Pharmaceutical is entering a decisive stage of development. Strong data on zocilurtatug pelitecan (zoci) first-line combination therapy announced at the ESMO conference strengthened our confidence that it could be the preferred cornerstone ADC for small cell lung cancer. 2027 will be a critical year. We are expected to submit Zoci's first biological product marketing license application (BLA) in the US and continue to advance the first-line registration development strategy for small cell lung cancer. In addition to ZOCI, ZL-1503 is our second global project that will target one of the greatest opportunities in the field of immunization — atopic dermatitis. Coupled with the fact that our commercially profitable business in China is expected to resume growth in 2027, these developments will help Zaiding Pharmaceuticals create greater value for patients and shareholders.”

Dr. Rafael G. Amado, president of Zaiding Pharmaceuticals and head of global R&D, said, “In first-line small cell lung cancer, the confirmed remission rate of zoci 1.6 mg/kg combined with atrizumab was 81.8%, and the 6-month progression-free survival rate was 81.9%. The data are encouraging and well tolerated. This characteristic supports us in advancing a standard treatment plan without chemotherapy to a global Phase 3 study, and lays a solid foundation for our subsequent exploration of combined use with T-cell connectors. Our registered programs in the field of small cell lung cancer and neuroendocrine cancer are progressing towards key data readings, which are expected to support our first BLA submission in the US in 2027. In the field of atopic dermatitis, ZL-1503 is designed to simultaneously block two pathogenic drivers: IL-13, which causes inflammation, and IL-31Rα, which causes itching, and its half-life properties are expected to support lower administration frequencies. We will announce our first human data at the ACAAI annual meeting in November, and preliminary patient data in the first half of 2027. Additionally, we expect two more oncology and immunization programs to enter the clinical phase in 2027.”
