Zhitong Finance App News, China Software International (00354) announced that recently, Beijing Zhongsoft International Information Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, successfully won the bid for the “Smart Tunnel IoT Platform Independent R&D Project” and the “Smart Tunnel IoT Platform Ecological Collaborative Function Research Project” initiated by Sichuan Gaolu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Gaolu Information”), a subsidiary of Sichuan Shudao Smart Transportation Group Co., Ltd. Both of the above projects are R&D projects for the Shudao Smart Transportation Group to build digital infrastructure capacity for highway tunnel scenarios. They mark that the company's “open source Hongmeng+AI+OT” end-to-end delivery capability in the vertical smart transportation industry has been recognized by leading customers in the transportation industry. They are also a key step for the Group to deeply cultivate high-speed tunnel scenarios and move from single-point software delivery to platform-based digital platform construction.

This project focuses on highway tunnels, a key scenario of traffic operation safety. It focuses on the systematic promotion of “digital pedestal” capacity building, building an autonomous and controllable IoT platform foundation for tunnels, building an open and collaborative platform ecosystem, and accumulating replicable digital tunnel capabilities. The platforms and ecological capabilities formed by the two major projects can be widely used in the intelligent construction of new tunnels and the digital transformation of existing tunnels, providing a solid IoT software base and mechanical and electrical management implementation guarantee for the digital transformation of highway tunnel operation and maintenance of the Shudao Group.
