China has always been open to expanding procurement of agricultural products from the US, but only if the “30 billion to 30 billion” equal tax reduction arrangement agreed between the two sides is implemented. We hope that the US side and China will work together to create more favorable conditions for agricultural trade between the two countries by jointly lowering tariffs, reducing non-tariff barriers, and expanding market access.
