The Zhitong Finance App learned that Xiyin-W (00625) rose by more than 5%. As of press release, it had risen 5.06% to HK$40.7, with a turnover of about HK$138 million.

According to the news, Xiying said it will invest 500 million euros (562 million US dollars) to expand its European logistics hub in Poland to achieve faster delivery speed and greater operational flexibility. In addition, Xiyin recently agreed to pay 100 million US dollars to resolve the US FTC investigation into product delivery delays and consumer complaints. This amount is equivalent to about 44% of its profit for the second quarter of this year.

In the first quarter of this year, the company was mainly affected by US tariffs, and the second quarter was mainly affected by the rise in oil prices and freight charges caused by the Iran conflict; adjusted net profit fell 55.6% year on year. Guoxin Securities believes that demand in the US and European markets is expected to recover one after another; if oil prices fall back, it will facilitate a rebound in profits. The current abundance of cash on hand and potential recovery flexibility in the future are highly attractive.
