The Zhitong Finance App learned that Kangzhe Pharmaceutical (00867) rose more than 4%. As of press release, it had risen 4.24% to HK$10.57, with a turnover of HK$10,9292 million.

According to the news, on November 4, Kangzhe Pharmaceutical announced that RxilientMedical, a subsidiary of the group, obtained approval from the Singapore Health Sciences Authority (HSA) on November 3, 2026 for the marketing license application (NDA) of the new drug rucotinib phosphate cream (“product” or “Lumirix®”) (vitiligo indications). The product is used to treat non-segmental vitiligo in adolescents and adults aged 12 and above with facial involvement. It is the first and only topical prescription drug directly targeting the pathophysiological mechanism of vitiligo in Singapore to meet clinical needs that have not been met for a long time.

This approval has filled a gap in the field of vitiligo treatment in Singapore. In addition to Singapore, up to now, Rxilient Medical has promoted the official launch of sales of Lumirix® (Vitiligo Indication) in Hong Kong, Macau, China, and Taiwan. According to reports, Kangzhe Pharmaceutical will launch an “industrial internationalization” strategy in 2022, using Singapore as a business hub for emerging markets to establish a closed loop of value for efficient collaboration throughout the “research, production and marketing” industry chain.
