US Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer said on the 4th that the war in Iran “must end” and that the Democrats will end this war. “This war must end... we will end this war,” Schumer said at a press conference in Washington on the same day. Schumer also said that some Republicans have joined the ranks to end the war in Iran. He said that Congress holds the federal government's “money bag”, which is “one of the means to stop the president from starting a war without the consent of the American people.”
