Chuangyuan Alloy, a subsidiary of Innovation Industry (02788), signed a contract agreement with Qingdao Hongjie

Zhitong Finance App News, Innovation Industry (02788) announced that on November 4, 2026, Chuangyuan Alloy, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a contract agreement with Qingdao Hongjie. Qingdao Hongjie agreed to be the contractor for the construction of the company's photovoltaic project in Huolingol, Inner Mongolia, China, with a total installed capacity of 42 megawatts.

The Group has always regarded the green transformation of its business as a long-term strategic goal, and is committed to building a world-class green aluminum industry group. With the abundant and low-cost solar resources in Huolingol, Inner Mongolia, the Group is developing a solar power generation facility with a total design capacity of 210 megawatts. The development of such facilities is expected to reduce the Group's dependence on fossil fuels in production processes, thereby reducing carbon dioxide emissions from power generation, reducing production costs, increasing profitability, and further consolidating the competitive advantage of its aluminum business.

As of the date of this announcement, the Group has completed the construction of a number of photovoltaic power generation facilities. Chuangyuan Alloy has signed a contract agreement with Qingdao Hongjie for the construction of the photovoltaic project to further advance the Group's photovoltaic development process and expand its new energy project portfolio.

Qingdao Hongjie holds the necessary qualifications and licenses, including construction enterprise qualification certificates, power facility installation permits (repair and testing) and production safety permits, and has relevant experience as a PV project contractor. Before signing the contract agreement, Chuangyuan Alloy had assessed Qingdao Hongjie and other related contractors based on a series of factors such as price, qualification, project experience, construction schedule and service quality. After considering these factors, Chuangyuan Alloy believes that Qingdao Hongjie's pricing is competitive, and Chuangyuan Alloy believes that Qingdao Hongjie is capable of meeting its construction requirements. Therefore, Chuangyuan Alloy decided to enter into a contract agreement with Qingdao Hongjie.
