According to the Zhitong Finance App, Dajia Luck Group (00341) announced that the Group expects to obtain profit attributable to shareholders of HK$95.8 million to HK$105 million for the six months ending September 30, 2026 (review period), an increase of 105% to 125% over HK$46.7 million for the six months ended September 30, 2025 (same period last year).

Since implementing various strategic measures in the second half of 2025/26, the Group has successfully maintained its business growth momentum. The Group focuses on optimizing the business model, integrating the store network, improving operational and cost efficiency, and continuously improving the business performance and profitability of each business segment. Profit attributable to shareholders during the review period increased significantly compared to the same period last year. The main reasons are as follows:

1. The Group continues to consolidate the fast food business, promote the quality and efficiency of the overall business, optimize the revenue mix by providing value-for-money dining options and continuously launching innovative products, and formulating precise strategies to meet the needs of different customer groups. At the same time, the “Club 100” membership program uses artificial intelligence-driven customer data analysis for accurate marketing and successfully expanded the membership base. The Group also ensures stable and consistent product quality and service levels through strict implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), continuously optimizes operation management, and encourages customers to return.

2. Management has always focused on improving operational efficiency to enhance profitability. In terms of store networks, the Group integrates stores with low productivity in an orderly manner, adjusts the network layout in various regions, and seizes opportunities to enter strategically valuable locations. The Group accelerates digital transformation and system upgrades, streamlines work processes, and leverages the scale advantages of Hong Kong and mainland China operations to improve supply chain efficiency and comprehensively optimize costs.

3. Mainland China's business has gradually stabilized, and sales and profitability have improved, mainly due to the rapid and flexible implementation of online and offline (O2O) business strategies, optimization of the store network, and continuous promotion of an asset-light operating model. The Group continued to carefully expand its store network and deepen the market layout in the Greater Bay Area during the review period.

4. The Group's diversified business layout has shown results. The casual catering and institutional catering business continued to enhance their contribution to the Group's profits, fully demonstrating strong resilience.
