On Oct. 27, 2026, Robinhood Markets reported its third-quarter 2026 results. Shares fell approximately 7% in after-hours trading as investors reacted to a slight revenue miss, despite an adjusted EPS beat. Total net revenues increased 11.8% year over year to a record $1.42 billion. However, cryptocurrency transaction revenue declined 55% to $120 million, while net interest revenue fell 9% to $415 million. Adjusted EPS decreased 3.2% year over year to $0.60, while adjusted net income declined 2.7% to $550 million.

Despite the decline in crypto-related revenue, Robinhood reported $15.7 billion in quarterly net deposits, while Robinhood Gold subscribers increased 34% year over year to a record 5.2 million. The company also lowered the upper end of its full-year 2026 adjusted operating expenses and share-based compensation (SBC) guidance by $25 million, narrowing the range to $2.675 billion to $2.75 billion from $2.675 billion to $2.775 billion, reflecting ongoing efficiency gains.

Looking ahead, analysts expect HOOD’s diluted EPS to increase 2.9% year over year to $2.11 for the fiscal year ending in December 2026. Meanwhile, the company has exceeded consensus EPS estimates in three of the past four quarters while missing expectations in the remaining quarter.
