CCID Advisor (02176): Proposed Board Elections and Supervisory Board Elections

According to the Zhitong Finance App, CCID Advisor (02176) announced that the terms of office of Ms. Shen Wen, Mr. Fu Changwen, Mr. Hu Bin, Mr. Zhang Tao, and Mr. Fang Hongbin will expire on November 24, 2026. Following the proposal of the Board's Nomination Committee, the Board recommended re-election of Ms. Shen Wen and Mr. Fu Changwen as executive directors, and recommended re-election of Mr. Hu Bin, Mr. Zhang Tao and Mr. Fang Hongbin as independent non-executive directors. Ms. Shen Wen and Mr. Fu Changwen are willing to be re-elected as executive directors, while Mr. Hu Bin, Mr. Zhang Tao and Mr. Fang Hongbin are willing to be re-elected as independent non-executive directors. The re-election of the above directors will take effect after shareholders' approval at the EGM.

Whereas, the terms of office of Mr. Gong Ping and Mr. Jia Yinghui will expire on November 24, 2026. Mr. Gong Ping and Mr. Jia Yinghui are willing to be re-elected and appointed as representative supervisors of the company's shareholders. The re-election of the above shareholders' representatives and supervisors will take effect after shareholders' approval at the EGM. Shareholders' approval is not required for the election of the company's employee representatives and supervisors. The election of the 9th Board of Supervisors for the new term must be approved by shareholders by means of an ordinary resolution at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting before it can actually take place.
