Lytix Biopharma's Combination Melanoma Treatment Meets Primary Endpoint in Mid-stage Trial

02:09 AM EST, 11/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lytix Biopharma's (LYTIX.OL) ruxotemitide in combination with pembrolizumab achieved the primary endpoint of pathological complete response during a phase 2 study. Results from the NeoLipa study achieved a pathological complete response rate of at least 40%, meeting its prespecified success criterion, the clinical-stage immuno-oncology company said Tuesday. No new safety signals were identified so far. Lytix plans to conduct the randomized final phase of the study to compare ruxotemitide plus pembrolizumab with pembrolizumab alone, with event-free survival as the primary endpoint.
