According to the cooperation plan, Deyun Kangrui will provide spatial single-cell multiomics data and organizational coordinates, and Baitu Biotech will carry out data integration, learning and prediction. The key molecules, spatial relationships, and biological hypotheses discovered in the model will be tested in situ tissue using SEERNA ISS and FISH technology. The new data generated by the experiment will be fed back to the model for subsequent training and optimization.
