Wanwei Intelligent Technology (00209): Tan Yanyan was appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Wanwei Intelligent Technology (00209) announced that with effect from November 2, 2026, Ms. Hu Xinqi will resign as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Company Audit Committee and member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Company Nomination Committee due to other business arrangements; and Ms. Huang Tianying will resign as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, and member of the Audit Committee due to other business arrangements.

Since November 2, 2026, Ms. Tan Yanyan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director.

Following the resignation of Ms. Hu and Ms. Wong, the composition of the company's board of directors was changed as follows from November 2, 2026: Mr. Wu Ka-yiu was appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee; and Ms. Tam was appointed as the respective Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
