According to Zhitong Finance App, Huichuangda (300909.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire 100% of the shares of Dongguan Chuncao Grinding Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “target company” or “Chuncao Technology”) through a combination of direct acquisition and indirect purchase in cash. The transfer price was RMB 960 million.

According to reports, Chuncao Technology is an early domestic enterprise that combined grinding and polishing processes with CNC machine tools and launched CNC grinding and polishing machine tools. Some of its main products have been updated and iterated many times. In 2019, Chuncao Technology applied force control technology to grinding and polishing machine tools and developed a 5-axis CNC force control machine. It is an enterprise that developed this product earlier in the industry, and after continuous improvement, it replaced advanced grinding and polishing equipment from abroad in iPhone production lines around 2021. In 2024, Chuncao Technology's products have achieved breakthroughs from flexible grinding to grinding of hard and brittle materials. The accuracy has been greatly improved, the product application fields are wider, and processes and products such as ultrasonic grinding and electrolytic grinding have also been developed. In the future, Chuncao Technology will closely follow major customers in the development and verification of new products, new processes, and new materials, and gradually improve Chuncao Technology's core competitiveness.

The two parties to this transaction have a high degree of overlap in downstream application fields, including consumer electronics, new energy and other application fields. Industrial synergy effects such as complementing downstream customer types, complementing the 3D printing industry chain, etc., help both parties to deeply cover leading domestic and foreign companies in the consumer electronics and new energy sector. Through the binding of new products and new processes, they continue to increase customer stickiness, expand product categories, and enhance product demand, forming a more solid customer barrier; at the same time, it greatly shortens the leading consumer electronics enterprise system that requires strict qualification reviews to enter the supply chain to help listed companies upgrade from a “printing blank supplier” to a “full-process finished product service provider”.
