Overseas crude oil exports from Dan and South Sudan rebounded slightly from October to August levels. According to tanker tracking data, a total of 8 tankers loaded oil at two neighboring terminals in Sudan in October, carrying about 4.8 million barrels, compared to 4.4 million barrels in September. The corresponding daily export volume rose from 147,000 barrels last month to 155,000 barrels in October. Under the three-month moving average, export volume declined from 163,000 b/d as of September to 152,000 b/d. Crude oil has not been sent to the UAE since Sudanese ships were denied port of call in August 2025. Affected by the situation in Iran, there has been an increase in electronic interference with ship tracking signals in the Red Sea.
