Zhongtai Chemical announced that the company received a notice from the controlling shareholder, Zhongtai Huanpeng, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Xinjiang Zhongtai Group. According to the “Implementation Measures on Transferring Some State-owned Shares in the Domestic Securities Market to Enrich the National Social Security Fund”, Zhongtai Huanpeng transferred its 7.471,000 shares of Zhongtai Chemical to the National Social Security Fund Council. At present, the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Registration and Settlement Co., Ltd. has processed and completed the above share registration changes.
