The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on October 28, Everest Holdings I Limited increased its holdings of Everest Property (06666) by 551522.9 billion shares, at a price of HK$0.73 per share, for a total amount of about HK$4,026 billion. After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held was approximately 5,515 billion shares, and the latest shareholding ratio was 51.02%.

The transaction involved related parties: Pacific Alliance Group Limited, PAG Asia Capital GP IV Limited, PAG Asia IV LP, PAG Capital Limited, and Shan Weijian.
