The names of the 8 apps were: Yaoxianghua, Youdao Installment, Little Elephant Wallet, World Installment, Banyan Tree IOU, Zhongan Loan, Tongtong Installment, and 58 Easy Loan. The facts of the violation were all illegal use of “low threshold” promotional terms. The self-regulatory notice requires that the above app operators should complete the rectification within 15 working days from the date of publication of this notice and report the rectification situation to the Association's email address. If the rectification is overdue or not in place, the Association will adopt self-regulatory management measures accordingly and refer it to the relevant financial management department for processing.
