Cadeler plc Closes Share Exchange Offer for Cadeler A/S

05:34 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cadeler plc closed its one-for-one voluntary share exchange offer for Cadeler A/S (CADLR.OL) on Oct. 28, as part of the company's redomiciliation to the UK from Denmark, according to a Monday release. The offshore wind farm services company said Monday that 355,404,839 shares, representing 92.06% of its entire share capital, were validly tendered under the offer. Cadeler plc intends to start a compulsory acquisition of the remaining Cadeler A/S shares at a purchase price of 58.42 Norwegian kroner apiece. Trading of Cadeler plc's shares on the New York Stock Exchange and on the Oslo Stock Exchange, as well as the suspensions of Cadeler A/S' shares on the Oslo bourse and the American Depositary Shares on the New York bourse, are all expected on Thursday.
