Today, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage held a press conference to introduce the “15th Five-Year Plan for Archaeological Work”. It was explained at the press conference that during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, China will strengthen its drive for innovation, continue to implement the National Archaeological Talent Revitalization Plan, the country of archaeology urgently needs high-level talents, increase training efforts for new recruits and leaders of archaeological excavation projects, improve the field archaeology teaching system and evaluation standards, and consolidate the foundation of archaeological talents.
