Besqab, Wallin Bostad Form JV to Develop Stockholm Residential Housing Project

11:49 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Besqab (BESQAB.ST) and Byggnadsfirman Erik Wallin, or Wallin Bostad, established a joint venture to develop the Margo residential project at Årstafältet in southern Stockholm. The project comprises 110 apartments in five buildings, with production to start in mid-2027, according to a Friday release. Wallin Bostad will manage the project under a turnkey contract, with sales to be carried out under the Wallin Bostad brand. Each company owns 50% of the joint venture. However, the Swedish residential housing developer's effective stake in the project would be 80%, as it holds 60% of Wallin Bostad.
