Yan Heng Industrial Holdings (03628): Liu Lijuan was appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee

Zhitong Finance App News, Ren Heng Industrial Holdings (03628) announced that since October 30, 2026, the Company's nomination committee has made the following changes: Dr. Lin Jiali, an independent non-executive director and member of the nomination committee, is no longer a member of the nomination committee; and Ms. Liao Lijuan, an executive director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.

Following the above changes, the Nomination Committee has a member of different gender, and continues to be dominated by independent non-executive directors, and is composed of the following members: (a) Mr. Zhang Guangda (Chairman), independent non-executive director; (b) Mr. Lin Zhi Yu (member), independent non-executive director; and (c) Ms. Liu Lijuan (member), executive director.
