Jia Chen Holdings (01937): He Dongxing was appointed as an independent non-executive director

According to Zhitong Finance App, Jiachen Holdings (01937) issued an announcement. Mr. Wang Li has proposed to resign as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee because he plans to spend more time on other personal matters, effective from October 31, 2026.

Since October 31, 2026, Mr. Ho Tung Hing has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Effective October 31, 2026: (a) Mr. Wong is no longer the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee; and (b) Mr. Ho has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
