China Everbright Bank (06818) nominates Liu Yu as non-executive director candidate

The board of directors meeting held on October 30, 2026 reviewed and passed a resolution to nominate Ms. Liu Yu as a non-executive director candidate for the 10th board of directors of the Company and to nominate Mr. Deng Yibin as an independent non-executive director candidate for the 10th board of directors of the Company. Their appointments are subject to review and approval by the China General Administration of Financial Supervision and Administration (CFSA). Their appointments will take effect from the date of approval by the General Administration of Financial Supervision and Regulation.
