According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Energy Construction (03996) issued an announcement to achieve operating income of 309.237 billion yuan (RMB, same below) in the first three quarters of 2026, a year-on-year decrease of 4.42%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 2,616 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 17.13%; and basic earnings per share were 0.06 yuan.

According to the announcement, in the first three quarters of 2026, the company achieved a new contract amount of RMB 662,269 billion, operating income of RMB 309.237 billion, total profit of RMB 7.633 billion, and net profit of RMB 2,616 billion to mother. The main business indicators are gradually under pressure, but the results of the structural adjustment are gradually showing. The concentration of the main industries responsible for energy, electricity and water conservancy has further increased, new technology demonstration projects in the fields of new energy storage, hydrogen energy, computing and electricity collaboration have accelerated, overseas business operations are steady, the company's core competitiveness, cyclical resilience and industry leadership continue to increase, and the overall operation continues to maintain the trend of “total adjustment, structural optimization, kinetic energy conversion, and toughness enhancement”.
