The application follows the certification of SatoshiPay's Pendulum blockchain infrastructure and Vortex crypto platform projects under the German Forschungszulage research and development tax incentive program, according to a Thursday filing. Proceeds are expected to be issued in early 2027. The investment company also agreed to provide SatoshiPay with an unsecured convertible loan facility of up to 50,000 euros, with a 5% non-compounding coupon on amounts drawn every 30 days. The bridge loan will serve as short-term working capital while waiting for the tax proceeds and is payable by Feb. 28, 2027.
