Based on the maximum repurchase price, it is estimated that the number of shares to be repurchased will account for about 1.08%-2.16% of the company's total share capital. The repurchase period is 3 months from the date the board of directors deliberates and passes the repurchase bill. The repurchased shares will be sold through centralized bidding 12 months after disclosing the repurchase results and share change announcements, and the portion not sold out within 3 years will be cancelled through the execution procedure. The company's directors, executives, controlling shareholders and actual controllers have no clear plans to increase or decrease their holdings during the repurchase period.
