Shunluo Electronics announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhuhai Shunluo plans to sign the “Shunluo Electronics Doumen Factory Project Investment Agreement” with the Zhuhai Fushan Industrial Park Management Committee to purchase 123 acres of land in Fushan Industrial Park in Zhuhai City to build production plants for electronic components, solid fuel cells, and precision ceramics. The total investment of the project is not less than RMB 1.2 billion. The board of directors of the company has reviewed and passed the relevant bill to authorize management to carry out investment-related formalities. After the agreement is signed, Zhuhai Shunluo will carry out construction land auctions and other work in accordance with regulations. The approval matters required for project construction, production and operation will still need to be approved by the relevant competent authorities.
