China Real Estate Investment (00736) completed the issuance of a total of 53.433 million shares to raise about HK$1.05 million

Since the prerequisites contained in the subscription agreement have been met, the subscription was completed on October 29, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. A total of 53.433 million subscribed shares have been distributed and issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.188 per subscribed share, which is equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the total number of shares issued immediately before the subscription was completed; and approximately 14.29% of the issued shares were expanded through the allocation and issuance of subscription shares. The net proceeds from the subscription process of approximately HK$1.05 million will be used to settle the Group's interest-bearing loans.
