Logitech stock has cooled off in recent weeks, with the share price down roughly 9% over the last seven days and slightly lower over three months, even as fresh numbers just landed for Q1 FY27. The headline is simple: The peripherals giant printed about US$1.23b in revenue and roughly US$1.64 in basic earnings per share, reinforcing a clear profit story.
In the short term, traders see a tired chart. Over a multi year lens, investors are looking at a business with a 16.3% net margin and a P/E around 17x that sits against far richer tech peers and a higher discounted cash flow estimate.
Love Logitech International’s durable net margin but wondering if that 17x P/E still leaves room compared with richer tech peers? Line it up against other cash generative compounders in our 195 high quality undervalued stocks
Logitech’s margins are near the top of its target range despite headwinds. Ask Charlie what’s really driving Logitech’s premium margin strength.
Supporters argue Logitech can earn its upside through AI led peripherals and a heavier enterprise skew.
"The roll out of AI centric products such as Rally AI cameras, MX Keypad with GitHub Copilot integration, upgraded Spot sensors and Zone Vibe Pro headsets gives Logitech International a pipeline of higher value peripherals and room systems."
Q2 FY27 execution gives that claim some traction. Video collaboration net sales grew 12% in constant currency and Logitech expanded into larger rooms, while gaming and premium pointing devices also increased. Gross margin reached 45.2%, helped by richer categories and lower tariff costs, which supports the idea that AI leaning, higher end gear is already improving mix economics despite regional and supply friction.

Plenty of skeptics argue Logitech’s AI push is at risk of being choked by fragile supply lines and rising costs.
"Although Logitech International is rolling out AI enhanced products such as Rally AI cameras, the MX Keypad, upgraded Spot sensors and AI powered headsets, the serious incident at a semiconductor supplier’s facility that is expected to cut net sales by about US$20 million in Q2 FY27 and up to US$200 million in Q3 FY27 could limit the availability of these higher value devices and stall expected revenue and earnings contribution from AI centric workflows just as the portfolio is shifting upmarket."
The supplier accident is clearly biting, with Q3 net sales guided to fall up to low single digits and gross margin guided below Q2’s 45.2%. That is a real execution setback. At the same time, Q2 delivered 2% constant currency growth and an 18.9% non GAAP operating margin, so premium mix and AI gear are still supporting profitability even as logistics and components pinch.
Logitech International just reminded investors that sentiment can change quickly after one earnings release. The real opportunity sits in tracking stocks that could be undervalued before the market reassesses them.
