01:06 PM EDT, 10/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saab (SAAB-B.ST) and General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., or GA-ASI, validated the performance of an unmanned airborne early warning system through a flight test. The Swedish security and defense company's LoyalEye airborne early warning radar was integrated with GA-ASI's MQ-9B remotely piloted aircraft system, according to a Wednesday release. The test confirmed the integrated system's ability to detect, track, and classify flying targets from an unmanned platform. The flight test is part of a wider evaluation program that started in May.
