The Zhitong Finance App learned that May Day Vision (06651) continued to rise. As of press release, it had risen 11.88% to HK$63.1, with a turnover of HK$395 million.

According to the news, May Day Vision announced that Li Yi, the main shareholder, chairman, executive director and CEO, voluntarily promised not to reduce her holdings of 82.6277 million H shares in any way from December 30, 2026 to December 30, 2030, accounting for about 19.7% of the company's issued share capital. The board of directors believes that Li Yi's voluntary and drastic extension of the sales ban period until the end of 2030 reflects the firm belief of the company's founder and management core in the company's future business development, technological breakthroughs, and long-term investment value.

Recently, May Day Vision announced that its subsidiary 51Sim was successfully selected for the NVIDIA Halos SAFE ecosystem list, making it the only Chinese company on the list. Halos SAFE is Nvidia's new safety framework, combining simulation and actual vehicle testing to generate safety evidence for autonomous driving. This is the second important cooperation between the two sides during the year. Huatai Securities previously stated that the company's value anchor is expected to shift from project-based revenue to customer value and continued usage of physical AI infrastructure, opening up the company's market space ceiling.
