Taiwan Affairs Office Spokesman Chen Binhua: The 17th Cross-Strait Cultural Expo will be held at the Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center from October 29 to November 1. This year's exhibition features 9 cross-strait themed exhibitions, including a cross-strait craft exhibition and a special exhibition on folk art heritage from Fujian and Taiwan. At the same time, more than 100 cross-strait themed exchange events will be held, including industry matchmaking, intangible heritage exhibitions, youth exchanges, and academic discussions. People on both sides of the Strait have the same roots and the same culture. Chinese culture is the root and belonging to the hearts of compatriots on both sides of the Strait. Adhering to the theme of “Inheritance and Creative Future”, the Cross-Strait Cultural Expo has built a platform for cross-strait youth to exchange, learn, and interact creatively, promote cross-strait cultural, arts and crafts, digital cultural tourism and other industries, and help Taiwanese compatriots and Taiwanese enterprises expand their markets and deepen cooperation. The 16th Cultural Expo, which has already been held before, was widely recognized and welcomed by Taiwanese compatriots. We sincerely welcome Taiwanese compatriots to participate in activities related to this year's Cultural Expo.
