CINNO: The total revenue of the top 10 semiconductor equipment companies in the semiconductor business of the world exceeded US$64 billion in the first half of 2025
The Zhitong Finance App learned that CINNO • IC Research statistics show that in the first half of 2025, the total revenue of the top 10 global semiconductor equipment companies in the semiconductor business exceeded 64 billion US dollars, an increase of about 24% over the previous year. 1H25 is the same as the top 10 global semiconductor equipment manufacturers in 2024, with no change in the top five rankings. Dutch company ASML (ASML) ranked first with 1H25 revenue of about 17 billion US dollars; US company Applied Materials (AMAT) ranked second with 1H25 revenue of about 13.7 billion US dollars; US company LAM (LAM), Japanese company Tokyo Electron (TEL), and US company KLA (KLA) ranked 3rd, 4th, and 5th respectively.
In terms of revenue, the total revenue of the semiconductor business of the top five equipment companies in 1H25 was nearly US$54 billion, accounting for about 85% of the total revenue of the Top 10. As the only Chinese semiconductor equipment manufacturer in the top 10, Beifang Huachuang entered the global top 10 for the first time in 2023. In 2024, the ranking rose from 8th to 6th. 1H25 had revenue of about 2.2 billion US dollars, falling to 7th place.

Top 4 Tokyo Electron (TEL) -Japan
Japan's largest semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Its main business includes semiconductor and flat panel display manufacturing equipment. Semiconductor products include gluing imaging equipment, heat treatment equipment, dry etching equipment, chemical vapor deposition equipment, wet cleaning equipment, and testing equipment. 1H'25 semiconductor business revenue increased 10% year over year.

The absolute leader in semiconductor process inspection and measurement equipment. Semiconductor products include inspection equipment such as defect detection, film thickness measurement, CD measurement, registration accuracy measurement, etc. 1H'25 semiconductor business revenue increased 27% year over year.
