Starting Your Transfer

How do I transfer assets into my account?

You can transfer assets to Webull from any brokerage firm that supports ACATS (Automated Customer Account Transfer Service). You may submit your transfer request on either the Webull mobile app, website, or our intuitive desktop application. Please use the following instructions to guide you through the process:

App:

1. Tap on the Webull logo (bottom center) and select the desired account.
2. Locate to Transfers ➝ Transfer Accounts ➝ Transfer In.
3. Tap on the From: section and select your financial institution to transfer assets from and Confirm.
4. Once selected, you will be prompted to select the Asset Check, Information Check, and Account Check boxes. Please read these sections carefully to ensure a smooth transfer.
5. Within the Outgoing Account No. in box, type your delivering firms account number as it appears on your account statement.
6. Choose either Full Transfer or Partial under Transfer type.
7. Select Submit Transfer Request.

Lite:

1. Tap the head and shoulders icon.
2. Select Banking and Transfers and select the desired account.
3. Locate Transfer Accounts ➝ Transfer In.
4. Tap on the From: section and select your financial institution to transfer assets from and Confirm.
5. Once selected, you will be prompted to select the Asset Check, Information Check, and Account Check boxes. Please read these sections carefully to ensure a smooth transfer.
6. Within the Outgoing Account No. in box, type your delivering firms account number as it appears on your account statement.
7. Choose either Full Transfer or Partial under Transfer type.

Desktop:

1. Select Account.
2. Under the Banking widget, select Stock Transfer.
3. Select the recieving account under the Please select an account dropdown.
4. Under Select a Transfer Method, choose Transfer from Other Brokers. Click Confirm.
5. Next, select the delivering broker, choose the account type, and enter your outgoing account number.
6. Select either a full or partial transfer under Transfer Type.
7. Click Submit Stock Transfer Request after acknowledging the disclosure.

Web:

1. Select My Account.
2. On the left side column, select Transfer Accounts ➝ Transfer In.
3. Select the recieving account under the Transfer To dropdown.
4. Under Transfer From, select the current brokerage the assets are held.
5. Choose the account type and enter your outgoing account number.
6. Select either a full or partial transfer under Transfer Type.
7. Click Submit Transfer Request after acknowledging the disclosure.

How do I transfer a joint account into my individual account?

To transfer assets from a joint account at another brokerage into your individual account, please complete the linked Transfer Request Form. Once completed, email the form to support@webull.com or provide it through our in-app Help Center to initiate this process.

How long does it take to transfer an account?

Transferring positions from other brokers to Webull typically takes 3-5 business days. However, the transfer may be delayed if:

• The brokerage account type being transferred does not match.
• New transactions are made in the delivering brokerage account after the transfer is initiated.
