Linking Webull Pay Accounts

How do I link my existing Webull Pay account to the Webull app?

If you already have a Webull Pay crypto account, you can link it to the Webull app, which will allow you to trade crypto directly in the Webull app. To do so, follow these steps:

Mobile App:

1. Tap Account (bottom center).

2. Pick the accounts drop down (top left).

3. Select Explore More Accounts.

4. Select Crypto Account.

5. Select Yes, link my account.

How do I view my crypto account after linking accounts?

You can view your crypto account in the mobile app in the Accounts Overview page by selecting Account. Once your accounts are linked, you can access your crypto portfolio in both the Webull app and the Webull Pay app.

What happens when I link my existing crypto and brokerage accounts?
Once your accounts are linked, available features depend on your location:

Most locations

• Internally transfer cash from your brokerage account to your crypto account in the Webull app or website.

• Use both Webull Pay and Webull apps for crypto trading.

• ACH deposits are no longer available on the Webull Pay app and will not be available on the Webull app.

New York, Guam, or Northern Mariana Islands

• Use both Webull Pay and Webull apps for crypto trading, bank linking, deposits, and withdrawals.

• Internal cash transfers from brokerage to crypto accounts are not available.
  

Can I unlink my brokerage account and crypto account?

No. Once a brokerage account and crypto account are linked, they cannot be unlinked. To connect a crypto account to a different brokerage account, the existing crypto account must be closed and a new one can be opened and linked to the desired brokerage account.
