Cancelling Your Transfer


How do I cancel an outgoing asset transfer?

Outgoing transfer requests are submitted to the receiving financial institution you selected. If you wish to cancel the transfer, contact your new receiving financial institution, as they may be able to stop the transfer. If they are unable to cancel it, you may request cancellation assistance through Webull.


To request a cancellation through Webull:


Write a handwritten letter that includes your full name, your Webull account number, a clear request to cancel the transfer, and your signature. Then submit a photo of the signed letter by emailing it to support@webull.com or by uploading it through our in-app Help Center. Our team will review your request and notify you if the cancellation can be processed.


Note: A cancellation letter is required only for full account transfers. Partial account transfers do not require a letter.

Cancel ACAT Request


I am requesting the cancellation of the ACAT outgoing transfer initiated on [date].


Account Number: [Your Account Number]


Signature: [Your Signature]


Note: All cancellation requests are handled on a best-efforts basis. This means Webull will attempt to accommodate your request, but there is no assurance that the transfer can be canceled once processing has begun.
