Locating Trade Confirmations and Account Statements


How do I receive trade confirmations for my account?

Trade confirmations will be generated for each trade in your account and will be sent to you on the trade date.


When will I receive my monthly statements, and how does it depend on my clearing arrangement?

The criteria for receiving your monthly statements and their availability differ between accounts that are under Apex or Omnibus. To find out if your account is under Apex or Omnibus clearing arrangement, click here.

If you there is a change in positions or cash balance during that month.
You will receive a monthly statement every month regardless of account activity.
Statement Availability
Around the 10th of the following month.
At the beginning of the following month.

How do I locate my trade confirmations and account statements?

To locate your trade confirmations and account statements on all platforms, please use the following instructions:


App:

  1. Tap the Webull logo (bottom center).
  2. Select the Documents tab.

Desktop:

  1. Navigate to Account.
  2. Within the Account Details widget, click either Statement or Trade Confirmation.

Web:

  1. Visit Webull E-Docs.
  2. Once logged in, select E-Documents.

WebTrade:

  1. Navigate to Account.
  2. In Account Details, click Statement (Trade confirmations are not available in this section).

What if my account is closed?

To view your account statements and trade confirmations, please visit Webull E-Docs and select Authentication. To continue, you must verify the following information:


  1. First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and last four of your SSN.
  2. The email address you used to open your Webull brokerage account.

If the information provided is accurate, you will have access to the Webull E-Document Center for 2 hours. If you are unable to verify your information, please call us at (888) 828-0618. We are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.


Do paper statement deliveries incur a fee?

Yes. By default, all statements and trade confirmations are delivered via e-delivery (email), which is free. However, if an e-delivery fails (e.g., due to a full inbox or spam filtering), you will be automatically enrolled in paper delivery.


Paper delivery fees:


  • $5 per monthly statement
  • $2 per trade confirmation

Paper delivery will continue until you re-enroll in e-delivery through the platform.


Will I receive separate statements for brokerage and crypto accounts?

Yes. Brokerage and crypto accounts are tracked separately, and separate account statements are provided for each.


Monthly statements for crypto accounts are not currently available.


Where can I find my crypto trade confirmation statements?

You can view and download your crypto trade confirmation statements directly in the Webull app by following the steps below:


App:

  1. Tap the Webull logo on the home screen
  2. Select your Crypto Account
  3. Tap Documents
  4. Choose Trade Confirmation
  5. Select and download the confirmation you need

Trade confirmations are typically available shortly after your order is executed.
