Managing Push Notifications

How do I turn push notifications on or off?

You can turn push notifications on or off for messages sent through our in-app chat using the mobile app. Please follow these instructions to toggle:

Mobile App:

1. Menu ➝ Settings ➝ Message Settings

2. Tap the message you would like to update.

3. Toggle push notifications on or off.
   

Mobile App (Lite):

1. Tap the head and shoulders icon ➝ Settings.

2. Select Message Settings.
