How do I participate in a voluntary corporate action?

To participate (e.g., tender offers, purchase offers, exchange offers, rights offers), please follow these steps:

1. Instructions

A letter with event details will be mailed to your address on file.

2. Submit request

Submit a formal request through the Help Center in the Webull mobile app. Your request will be forwarded to the Webull Corporate Actions team for processing. Requests are processed on a best-efforts basis and are not guaranteed.

What fees will be charged?

There is a $50 fee that our clearing firm will deduct from your account to process a voluntary corporate event. Please ensure that these funds are fully settled in your account before submitting your request.
