How do I verify my bank account via Micro-Deposit verification method?

First Step: Launch a verification request.

Go to the Deposit page > Choose ACH Transfer > Choose micro-deposit verification method for ACH Transfer > Enter your bank account information

Second Step: Wait for the two micro deposits to arrive in your bank account

Once launched, our bank, JP Morgan Chase, will send two micro deposits to your bank account in 1-2 business days. 

Third Step: Verify the amounts once they are received

Go to the Micro-Deposit Verification page > Click: I have received two micro deposits > Verify the amounts

When entering the 2 micro deposits, please make sure they are in chronological order as they appear on your bank account. You have 3 attempts to input the microtransactions. If your first input gets denied, you may try switching the order of the two numbers.

Note: 

Do not initiate micro-deposit verification repeatedly within 2 business days to avoid receiving more than 2 micro deposits. The system may not be able to differentiate which of the two micro-deposits are the current verification attempt.
