Presidio Property Trust, Inc. is an internally managed, diversified real estate investment trust (REIT). It acquires, owns, and manages a geographically diversified portfolio of real estate assets, including office, industrial, retail and model home residential properties leased to homebuilders located in the United States. It owns or has an equity interest in eight office buildings and one industrial property, which total approximately 758,175 rentable square feet; one retail building with approximately 10,500 rentable square feet, and 84 model home residential properties, totaling approximately 248,412 square feet, leased back on a triple-net basis to homebuilders that are owned by four affiliated limited partnerships and one wholly owned corporation, all of which the Company controls. It owns three commercial properties located in Colorado, four in North Dakota, one in Southern California, one in Texas and one in Maryland. Its model home properties are located in four states.
