Hygo Energy Transition Ltd. provides integrated downstream liquefied natural gas (LNG) solutions. The Company's business segments include LNG Carriers, Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRU) and Terminals, Power and Downstream Distribution. LNG carriers are vessels that transport LNG and are compatible with LNG offloading and receiving terminals globally. The Company has approximately two LNG carriers which are operating through the Cool Pool in the spot/short-term charter market. FSRUs are vessels that are moored offshore and used to store and regasify LNG. The Company contracts with local partners to build natural gas-fired power generation assets backed by long-term power purchase agreements in its operating areas. Its downstream distribution business is focused on the procurement of LNG or natural gas from its terminals and other sources, to deliver to the downstream customers under medium to long-term contracts.
