BRG 简况
Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc. is a real estate investment trust. The Company’s objective is to maximize long-term stockholder value by acquiring and developing well-located institutional-quality apartment properties in knowledge economy growth markets across the United States. The Company holds approximately 60 real estate investments, consisting of 35 consolidated operating properties and interests in 25 properties held through preferred equity, mezzanine loan or ground lease investments. The 60 investments contain an aggregate of 17,928 units, comprising of 11,532 consolidated multifamily operating units and 6,396 units. Of the 6,396 units, 5,876 are multifamily units and 520 are single-family residential homes. The Company's property portfolio includes Alexan CityCentre, ARIUM Glenridge, Burano Hunter’s Creek, The Debra Metrowest, ARIUM Westside, Ashford Belmar, Avenue 25, Avondale Hills, Belmont Crossing, Carrington at Perimeter Park, Chattahoochee Ridge, and Chevy Chase.
